Defense & Confirmation Project – In response to a recent letter from the opposition, an open public statement is being prepared concerning our beliefs, along with positive testimonies from contacts among significant theologians and ministry leaders. Please pray: 1) that the statement would have a significant impact on the campus work; 2) for the meetings of the brothers with these contacts and that they have positive outcomes; 3) for the strengthening of those who committed to write testimonies and their timely completion; 4) for the traveling brothers – that they would be safe and strengthened in the Lord; and 5) for other open doors. Additionally, the Christian Research Institute has recently posted new video clips that accompany audio segments of the Bible Answer Man radio broadcasts concerning the local churches and the ministry of Watchman Nee and Witness Lee. Please continue to pray for the effectiveness of the clips, especially the positive effect on young people on the college campuses. Armenia/Georgia Meeting Hall – Because of the gifts from the churches and saints in the Body, the church in Yerevan, Armenia has been able to secure two properties in a very key location for their hall. There is a need of $85,000 to secure a third adjacent property, which would give direct access to a main street in the downtown Yerevan area as well as a good amount of parking. It is important for the brothers to know how much the churches can meet this need, so if you would like to pledge an amount that you could offer over the next four months, please send an email to: rdewey2010@yahoo.com with your pledged amount.

Fall College Conference – The fall college conference will take place on October 26 – 28, with registration beginning at 7 pm, at Camp Shenandoah Springs, 740 Stage Coach Lane, Madison, VA 22727, (540) 923-4300/4109.  The cost is $73 for on-time registration (Oct. 14) and  $83 for late registration (Oct. 21).  Please register with brother Joe Chang.

Winter Training Registration – Registration will begin this Lord’s day, Oct. 7.  The registration deadline is Oct. 28.  The live training, to be held at the LSM campus in Anaheim, CA, will be Dec. 24-29.  The video training will be simultaneously held at two locations in homes, one in NE DC, and the other one in Northern Virginia.  If you are signing up for the video training, please also select one of the two locations.  The video training schedule is as follows:
