As is true of all believers in Christ, we are members of His one Body, the church. In order to practice the oneness of the Body with all Christians in our city, we meet as the church in Washington, D.C. We are in fellowship with local churches worldwide to express the one Body of Christ.
About Us
The church in Washington, D.C. is our description, rather than our name. As such, it is an inclusive title, not an exclusive one. We follow the biblical principle of gathering together simply as believers of the Lord in a city, and we receive all who believe in Jesus Christ as our brothers and sisters. Likewise, we warmly welcome guests and visitors who are not Christians.
